The oldest surviving American ballpark, Fenway is full of history that resonates deeply with Red Sox fans. The existing neighborhood streetscape forced some constrained renovations over the century creating many unique oddities. While modern ballparks might offer more legroom and better sight-lines, the quirks of Fenway Park arguably make it more endearing, authentic, and beloved. This illustration was created as a tribute to the iconic Gate A entrance façade and brickwork.
