Another beloved movie palace turned music venue is the iconic Tower Theater. The notoriously well designed acoustic space lends itself to live recordings, and there is a deeply rooted history of infamous rock shows going back to the 'Midnight Sun Concerts' of the 1970s. This illustration was created to pay tribute to the tower structure and marquee anchoring the neighborhood intersection of 69th & Ludlow.
